Before starting the repair work an assessment of the actual condition of the instrument has to take place. Then follows an objective estimation of the damage or the maintenance work, which must be carried out. So on we get a first estimate of the costs and we can discuss the further procedure to bring your instrument back in a playable condition.
Here comes a listing of the repair and maintenance work, that I carry out in my workshop:
Making a new nut
Making a new saddle
Reshooting the fretboard and refreting
Fixing open cracks
Fixing loos bracings
Reglueing the bridge
